Climbed any Pyramids Lately? This pyramid pictured is the Temple of Inscriptions at Palenque in Chiapas, Mexico. The adventure begins as you climb up the outside of the pyramid. Upon reaching the top you then decsend down the inside to view the Inscriptions.

One of my favorite places to go in Mexico was the Marketplace. There are many beautiful objects that are hand-crafted by the people of Mexico. Among them are colorful clothing, leather belts, bags, and wallets. A variety of stirling silver jewelry, beautiful rugs, and more pottery than is possible to take home!
In addtion to the shopping adventure, speaking with the people in the marketplace is a great way to practice your spanish!

Shown in this picture is a court at Tikal, located in Peten, Guatemala. Tikal is the most massive of all the archeological sites. This location contains four main pyramids for your climbing pleasure. The last pyramid, Temple Four, provides the most magnificant view!
There are beautiful birds, monkeys, and other wildlife that all come alive at sunset. Tikal was my favorite sight and if you take the trip you'll know why!!
