In this class we had two guests come and speak with us. Both were attorneys practicing in Fort Lauderdale.


As well, we looked at the ethical scenarios.

In terms of these scenarios, students will want to consider the Florida Rules of Conduct. These can be downloaded from the following site:

  You should note that this document is about 140 pages long. You need to examine carefully the first ten pages.
